Delivery and Returns

How much is delivery?
Delivery costs are calculated on a weight-based system. All orders under 1kg are sent via Royal Mail. Over 1kg Saver Delivery orders are sent via courier on a 3-5 day service.  You may choose from 1st Class, Recorded, or Saver delivery within the UK. Prices are calculated at checkout. All International orders are sent signed for.
We now offer FREE Saver Delivery on all orders over £40.00

The settings of our website mean that we can only price orders based on weight, not size. If the actual shipping costs significantly less than the postage you have paid (as might be the case if it manages to go large letter) you can request for a refund of some of your postage costs by dropping us an email. Unfortunately we cannot yet do this automatically. The refund will be to the relevent Royal Mail High Street price of postage -( savings made by using our franking machine actually go to hire costs/ ink/ labels)

How long does delivery take?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days, subject to stock. If, for some reason, we are unable to send your order within this time, we will contact you with an estimated dispatch date. Orders are sent by your chosen option and will usually take between 1-5 working days to arrive with you (UK based). International orders may take up to three weeks. Parcels will not be deemed to be missing until 21 days after the date of dispatch.

Returns
Should you change your mind on an order you have 7 days from the day you receive the item to inform us that you wish to return the product, and then post it back to us promptly for a full refund. However, you are responsible for the costs of getting the item back to us and all items must be returned in unused condition. Please contact us at sales@babybumboutique.co.uk first to inform us of your intention to return.

Please note, custom products or those ordered to specification are non-refundable unless faulty.

In the unlikely circumstance that you experience a fault with your product, please contact us and we will do our best to help you. All our products come with a minimum 30 day warranty, subject to care guidelines being followed. If you are unsure of how to care for any of the products, please contact us prior to washing them.
